[Club News] Shenyang's third-year annual meeting of the Cross Country Club was successfully held
The Shenyang Off-Road Club has quietly endured three years of challenges and adventures. On March 7, 2015, the club celebrated its third anniversary with a heartfelt annual meeting in Shenyang. Nearly 200 members gathered to reminisce about the past three years filled with excitement, trials, and unforgettable experiences. Many of the attendees were long-time members of the Liaoning Outdoor Circle, including senior members and key leaders who have played vital roles in shaping the club’s journey.
One of the highlights of the event was a special recognition for the outdoor team leaders. Some of them had been deported over 30 times in just 14 years, and they had to leave their teams every 10 days on average. One team even recorded an impressive 72 departures. Their dedication, passion, and commitment to the sport are truly admirable. It's clear that these individuals have poured their hearts into their work and their love for the outdoors.
During the meeting, the club organized several lottery events, which brought a lot of joy and excitement. Almost every member present won something, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The event also featured a tent competition, where team leaders were not allowed to participate. Instead, the younger generation—often referred to as the "second generation"—stepped up and showed their talent and enthusiasm for outdoor sports at a young age.
The event was not only a celebration of the club’s achievements but also a chance for members to bond, share stories, and look forward to future adventures. It was a night filled with laughter, camaraderie, and a deep appreciation for the spirit of the outdoors.
