Engraving machine winter maintenance knowledge

Clean up

During our after-sales and inspection process, we found that many people who used the engraving machine thought that the engraving machine did not need to be cleaned as clean, and it can be said that it was basically unnecessary. Just clean the countertop properly when using it. Why? Because they all think that the working process of the engraving machine itself has a lot of dust, that is to say, it is itself applied to the dust. If it is cleaned every day, then how troublesome it should be, so many people not only do not clean up, but also The machine is full of things. This is wrong. The correct way is:

1. The work surface should be cleared in time after work, which provides convenience for the next work.
2. Clean the guide rails and the material scraps beside the guide rails to prevent the jamming of the machine during the work due to the interference of debris.
3. Clean the screw regularly to prevent foreign objects from sticking to the screw. The screw is very important in the equipment. He determines the accuracy of the machine, and the screw also plays an important role in the transmission process.
4. Regularly clean the industrial control box, the biggest killer of the circuit board when dust.

oil

Some customers have forgotten to lubricate the machine because the business is better and the workload of the equipment is relatively large. Some customers do not work for several days or even weeks due to seasonal reasons. They do not pay attention to the oiling of the equipment. We work Experience tells us that oiling plays a very important role in the maintenance process of the engraving machine. When autumn and winter come, our technical department proposes the oiling maintenance of the engraving machine. The correct approach is:

1. First clean the guide rail and the lead screw. Use the cloth (without depilation) to clean the oil and material debris on the guide rail and the lead screw. Because the temperature is low, you can add oil to both the guide rail and the lead screw, and it is best to add antifreeze oil.
2. The refueling cycle is twice a month, that is, refueling once every two weeks.
3. If the machine is not used for a long time, it should be refueled and run away regularly to ensure the flexibility of the transmission system.
4. Slowly move back and forth after adding oil to ensure that the lubricant can be evenly added to the guide rail and screw.

temperature

The temperature has little effect on the engraving machine, but because many customers add butter to the lead screw and forget to clean it in winter, it will not open every time it is turned on, and some studios have very low temperatures. After the machine is up, the machine cannot run. We think:

1. Ensure the ambient temperature in the operating room, preferably at room temperature, at least the staff will not be very cold.
2. Check the applicable temperature of the fueling standard and at least reach the minimum temperature.
3. When the machine is not in use, it is best to pour out the water in the water tank if the room temperature is low to prevent freezing and cracking of the water tank and water pipes.

Cooling water

Many customers often forget to change the water, especially in autumn and winter, because the outside temperature is low, the spindle motor is difficult to feel the heat, we here specifically remind customers:

1. Cooling water is a necessary condition for the normal operation of the spindle motor. If the cooling water is too dirty, it will cause serious damage to the motor and ensure the cleanliness of the cooling water and the normal operation of the pump.
2. Pay attention to the water level, and never let the water-cooled spindle motor run out of water, so that the motor heat cannot be exported in time.
3. Pay attention to the ambient temperature, and be careful that the water tank and water pipes are frozen and cracked due to the excessively cold water temperature.
4. Antifreeze can be used for cooling if possible.

Computer

Abnormal computer can also cause many problems, especially for the computer connected to the engraving machine. During the maintenance process, we found that the abnormal computer also caused a lot of unnecessary troubles for our repair and delayed the customer's business. Propose customer computer maintenance pay attention to the following aspects:

1. Regularly clean the dust of the chassis, pay attention to the heat dissipation of the chassis, and be careful that too much dust will cause errors in the industrial control card.
2. Regularly defragment the disk to optimize the computer system,
3. Regularly check and kill the virus, but pay attention to the degree of anti-virus during work and be careful to interfere.

Our Type B Fibc solutions feature superior protection against static electricity that can be created by the flow of materials into and out of bulk bags. Type B bulk bags are similar to Type A FIBC`s in that they are both made from plain polypropylene and/or non-conductive materials, and do not have any mechanism for dissipating static electricity.

The difference is unlike Type A FIBCs, Type B FIBCs are made from materials that have a surface breakdown voltage of up to 6kV. Because of this surface breakdown voltage, Type B FIBCs prevent sparks and propagating brush discharges. Type B should NOT be used in environments containing flammable solvents or gases.

Procon Pacific is now able to offer Type B FIBCs with a liner, meeting all requirements set forth in IEC Revision: IEC 61340-4-4 Edition 2 2012-1.

Examples of safe Type B FIBC use:

To transport dry, flammable powders with MIE >3 mJ
No flammable solvents or gases present around the bag
Type B Conductive Bags

Type B Anti-Static FIBC
