Aimed at exceptional individuals eager to kickstart their careers after university, Kite Packaging’s Graduate Programme will begin in September 2015 and run for a full two years.

Programme Outline
Unlike most graduate programmes managed by HR departments, Kite’s Programme is spearheaded by our Chairman, Bruce McInnes. This unique approach allows participants to engage directly with senior leadership and gain invaluable insights and mentorship.
Over the two-year span, the programme will expose graduates to various departments and operations within Kite. Participants will rotate through different locations across the UK every four months, gaining hands-on experience in diverse areas of the business.
This rotation system ensures you’ll develop a comprehensive understanding of how Kite operates as a whole, helping you identify where your strengths lie.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for driven, entrepreneurial individuals who are ready to dive in headfirst and embrace new challenges. A solid academic background is essential, but we also value creativity, quick thinking, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Due to the programme's structure, candidates must be open to relocating across the UK every four months. If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, don’t hesitate to apply!
While participation in the programme doesn’t guarantee a permanent role, success in each module will lead to a job offer and potential advancement to senior management. We believe in fostering ambition and providing the tools needed to succeed.
