At Vikan, customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. Every few years, we conduct customer satisfaction surveys to understand how we're performing and where we can grow. Our goal is to continuously improve and deliver on our promises. I'm proud to share that our 2019 survey achieved the highest customer satisfaction scores we've ever recorded. Before diving into the results, let's take a closer look at the survey itself. In 2017, we mainly surveyed distributors. In 2019, we expanded the survey to include more end users, allowing us to better understand satisfaction among both those who use our products and those who distribute them across different markets. Vikan's business strategy is built around several key customer promises, including: We believe delivering on these promises gives our customers the greatest value. The survey questions were designed around these promises, asking participants to rate their agreement on a scale from 1 to 10. We converted our results into a standard Customer Loyalty Index and were thrilled to see scores that surpassed both our previous performance and the "Great" rating on our index. Distributors gave us an impressive score of 79, while end users rated us at 77. This marks an improvement from 75 in 2017. We are pleased to report improvements across all four customer promises. Many positive comments were received about our Site Surveys and the high quality of our product range. However, there are still areas for improvement, particularly regarding availability across markets and channels. We will continue to listen to our customers and ensure their needs are met as we develop new products. Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey.
