If the packaging bag is properly clamped, the system sends a control signal to open the discharge door of the weighing hopper, allowing the material to flow into the bag. After the material is discharged, the hopper door automatically closes. The bagging device then releases the package, which is dropped and sewn before being transported to the next station. This entire cycle operates automatically.
Structure
A quantitative packaging scale consists of several key components: the weighing unit, trolley, sewing and conveying device, pneumatic system, dust removal system, and the quantitative packaging control instrument. The bagging device includes a clamping mechanism and pneumatic parts, ensuring that the weighed material is accurately placed into the packaging bag. The electrical control system, consisting of a display controller, electrical components, and a control cabinet, ensures smooth and orderly operation of the entire system.
