Mr. Louise is the Chief Technology Officer of a newly launched company that primarily researches and sells automation technology products that are customized with 3D scanning. He recently accidentally encountered a 7-month-old kitten, Benji, and unfortunately, Benji’s hind legs were born with disabilities. Benji is not completely incapable of exercising. It can be dragged with its front legs. According to Louise, "Benji runs very fast every time I go to dinner." However, in terms of mobility, Benji is still not capable, so Luiski wants to find a solution to help Xiao Benji. The above is Louise's homemade 3D printing device. Using Blender 3D modeling software, he created models of multiple 3D printed parts and then combined them with 1 cm and 3 cm thick aluminum strips to form a wheelchair model. Louise used 3D printing to create three types of components that were used to connect aluminum strips to create a solid structure. Then he loaded the wheels on the rack, added a leather case to the wheelchair, and added ready-made buckles to the holster. All 3D printing parts were printed using a Prusa i3 3D printer assembled by Louise. These parts are printed with ABS consumables, and each part takes 1 to 5 hours to add up, taking about 10 to 12 hours to complete all the parts.
