LEMO Launches CAPmat-Slider New Bag Making Machine

German bag-making equipment supplier LEMO recently introduced the new CAPmat-Slider bag-making machine. The bag machine is equipped with an easy-to-use interface and a dedicated conversion module that allows packers and processors to reduce downtime by up to 25% when switching between standard side welded bags and other bags. The new production line with this new technology combines the advantages of Zip-Pak's QuickZipTM SLIDER zipper into the bag.

The CAPmat-Slider bag making machine can produce various types of bags as a new technology and is particularly suitable for applications such as bread, frozen foods, snacks, pet foods and household use.

Zip-Pak's QuickZipTM SLIDER is the first low-cost, high-performance zipper head for low-density polyethylene (LDPE) bags. It features resealability, ease of application and meets increasingly stringent consumer requirements.

In addition to a special replacement module, the new bag-making machine facilitates the quick and easy production of various types of bags on the stand-alone machine, as well as efficient electric parts and a fully computerized user interface. The digital processing system can input relevant process data and store it, simply press the menu selection to realize repetitive production, thus simplifying the production process. In addition, the aircraft also uses a built-in modem to facilitate technicians to perform remote access.
