When you walk in the mountains and rivers of the capital, or when you walk on the asphalt of the city, if you can only have a pair of boots, then which pair would you choose? In my opinion, Columbia's XTS (cross terrain suspension) is a hiking shoe that can fully meet your walking in the suburbs.
As a global outdoor brand, Columbia successfully sponsored the Changchun Winter Association. Columbia’s clothing products have always been talked about by many people. I was armed from the feet to the top of my head. Its footwear product category has also seen significant improvements after receiving technical support from Montrail.

First, comfort. The first thing I felt when I was wearing XTS was that the shoes were very comfortable and had a very soft and light feeling (only 350 grams per shoe). In the course of two days of walking, I did not create any trouble, let alone make serious problems such as blisters in my feet. This may be attributed to the good breathability of the shoes and the comfort of the bottom of the XTS (cross terrain suspension). It is my understanding that the newly developed XTS from Columbia has a special material between the anti-friction layer and the insole of the sole. Seismic layer, this shock-absorbing layer is directly molded on the sole, so that the weight of the body is evenly distributed on each part of the sole. Theoretically speaking, in fact, my feet are also very comfortable and very stable throughout the entire walk.

Second, the design of shoes. During the two days of walking, my feet barely sweated. I think this may be due to the mesh fabric used throughout the upper. Although the surface of the shoe is made of synthetic suede leather suede and a filter, it gives a very comfortable wrapping force. It is combined with a joint lacing/support system, with a gusseted tongue in the middle, allowing me to wear it on my feet. Did not feel any relaxation. Die-casting EVA is also significantly softer and more flexible than other similar products. When the weight is loaded or the impact force is large, the EVA is obviously deformed, and the effect of absorbing impact force is very obvious. And as an XTS foot support system, the insole that is most closely attached to the foot is made of an integral piece of EVA die cast. Although seemingly simple, some holes are made in the forefoot to facilitate the circulation of the air inside the shoe. It made me feel that the design of the XTS is very user-friendly in the details. Another unexpected result is that when I walk around the office wearing this shoe, Columbia's unique Omni-Grip outsole technology does not leave a black mark on the floor.
