Features of main devices

1.The function of the whole machine is driven by a servo motor;ball straight-line guiding rail,smooth operation,no noise,and the error won't exceed 0.02mm, It principally applies to high precision printing electronic products,such as mobile phone  shells,keys,ophthalmic lens,chip resistors,etc.

2.PLC(programmable logic controller),with touch screen man-machine interface,which facilitates controlling by fingertips. 

 

3.Environmental oil drum could decrease volatilization of printing ink,and save diluent and retarder;sealed oil drum system won't produce splash ink and peculiar smell.

 

4.Auxiliary engine addition system could set up the necessary auxiliary engine for every X seconds or X time(s) each printing as needed,therefore it could ensure the stability of the printing ink during the whole printing process. 

 

5.Automatic cleaning device for plastic head could be set as automatically cleaning the plastic head one time every 1-99 printing(s) through PLC.

 

6.Enclosed printing condition;automatic electrostatic precipitation devices will perform electrostatic precipitation before each work-piece enters into printing link,ensuring the cleanness of printing condition and avoiding poor printing due to impurities such as dust.

 

7.After printing is done ,the mechanical arm will automatically unload printings onto conveyer belt,and with IR drying equipment then finish the complete set of printing.
