This impressive mansion, located in one of Sofia’s most affluent neighborhoods, features breathtaking panoramic views and embodies the owner’s vision of open, expansive spaces. The design emphasizes a vibrant mix of colors, textures, and volumes, creating a room that feels like a masterpiece. It’s designed to captivate, entertain, and be both beautiful and practical.
As you step inside, large windows welcome you with views of lush greenery, filling the space with natural light. The living area showcases warm traditional luxury and classic style. The sofa, resembling smooth river stones, the elegant lighting from Catellani & Smith, and the Giorgietti armchairs all reflect a timeless sense of sophistication.
The table is covered in leather, while another is made of dark glass that mimics stone, adding a subtle touch of classic elegance. A contemporary black frame highlights the fireplace, bringing a timeless family symbol into the modern era. Lighting plays a key role in creating a peaceful atmosphere by defining different areas and emphasizing the gentle curves of the ceiling.
What makes this project truly special is the way it merges international design with local culture, focusing on the region’s history with water as its central theme. The interior design guides the eye through stunning spatial arrangements, providing the perfect backdrop for the furniture, lighting, and art within.
