Different types of pressure roller use

In order to prevent the pressure line from breaking, after many carton equipment manufacturers research and improvement, generally choose the ideal "mountain-shaped" pressure line wheel. When the roller used for processing the pressure line is used, it must be differentiated according to the corrugated shape of the cardboard. Confused.

In general, the three-layer cardboard press reel adopts three-point bump type, and the five-layer cardboard adopts five-point concave-convex type. However, in the actual production, the use of sub-type A corrugated press reel, for B-type and AB-type also has good results, corrugated AB-type pressure reel for ABC tile seven-layer cardboard is also very effective, and ABC-type for The AB type is also effective, so the pressure roller can be selected according to the shape of the corrugated board and the condition of the base paper. The transverse pressure line is deeper than the longitudinal pressure line, and the bending direction angle is also larger. In order to achieve the aesthetic purpose, the corners and flaps of the carton are formed.

The use of different pressure roller is different from the gap adjustment of the upper and lower pressure roller. Attention should be paid to the following situations:

(1) Upper and lower pressure roller gap is too small

The upper and lower pressure roller gaps are adjusted according to the cardboard shape and the cardboard thickness to maintain a reasonable pressure strength. If the pressure line strength is too small, it will not cause the pressure line to break, but the box cover must be folded too much when the carton is assembled. Cracking occurs, and this phenomenon occurs mostly in cardboard made from low-grade base paper.

(2) Preloaded reel pressure problem

Sometimes, the horizontal indentation line edges rolled by the upper and lower pressure roller are not as good as those of the indenter, but the productivity and economy of the two are difficult to compare. Therefore, in order to make the upper and lower pressure wheel indentation of the paperboard production line longitudinal indentation machine reach or close to the edge of the magnetic line indentation, the upper and lower pressure line wheels should be installed on the two pressure spools before and after the paperboard creasing machine respectively. The first rolling line is the pre-rolling indentation line, the corrugated cardboard structure at the indentation is changed, and after the second rolling indentation line, the first pre-pressure is slightly lower than the second rolling pressure, so that Achieve good edge.

And in actual production applications, because the order is different, the computer automatically arranges the knife, and the pressure roller is arranged in the machine, the frequency of the pressure roller used in the machine is different, so the abrasion degree of each pair of pressure roller will be different. In this way, when the production order uses such a pinch roller, the gap requirements of the press line are not the same, and there will be a difference in the press line indentation of the cardboard. Indentations of infrequently used crimping wheels are very deep and require attention. Therefore, it is required that the current computer longitudinal indentation machine can automatically adjust the frequency of the pinch roller when it is automatically scheduled, and the same wear is ensured at the maximum, and a very good crimping effect is obtained.
