Screen mesh production method

Screen printing is an ancient printing method. In production, how can we do a good job on the screen? Based on my many years of practical experience, I have come up with the following simple and easy-to-understand method of plate making for the benefit of my peers:
Screen printing plate is the use of emulsion and photosensitive solution (ammonium dichromate solution). At the time of plate making, the emulsion and photosensitive liquid were poured into the dope liquid in a 10:1 ratio. Then stir slowly until the two liquids are mixed. At the same time, it should be noted that it is not appropriate to operate under strong light, otherwise it will lose its effectiveness. After the sensitization of the emulsion was completed, the emulsion was slightly sloping and the emulsion was allowed to flow onto the mesh, and it was strongly scraped upward and straightened until it reached the top of the mesh. Make it evenly coated on the mesh. In the same way, the sensitized emulsion was coated on both sides of the frame once, and then dried with a hot air blower. After the screen is blown dry, it must be immediately sensitized to avoid sensitization. The lighting can be 200W indoor lighting, or 20W fluorescent lamp. Place the screen horizontally under the light, and then the positive film film. Place it upright on the stencil and cover with a glass cover and press with two iron clamps on the left and right sides. The proper distance from the light to the screen is 20cm-30cm. The sensitometric time is about eight to ten minutes. After the photosensitive screen, rinse with water or lightly rub with a sponge. The water pressure of the flush should be moderate, not too strong, and do not break the mesh. Care should be taken when printing the plate. The black part of the original plate on the screen is flushed with water, while the white transparent part forms a dura and sticks on the mesh until the pattern is clear. After the screen plate is flushed with water, a dry cloth is used to cover the upper and lower sides of the screen to dry the moisture. Let the screen dry naturally or blow dry with a hair dryer. This completes the plate making process.

After the screen is ready, the objects to be printed are placed under the screen. In a good position, pour the ink on the screen frame and hold the squeegee in the right hand. Use a taper of 50° to 70°. Attention should be paid to the average force and the pattern should be clearly printed on what is needed.
