Corporate culture refers to the ideals, beliefs, values, and codes of conduct that govern the enterprises and their employees in commodity production, commodity management, and social interaction. It is characterized by modernity, humanity, diversity, plasticity, and systematism. It not only guides the staff to make conscious efforts to achieve business goals, communicates people's thoughts and sentiments, and cultivates and stimulates people's group awareness function. If China's packaging companies can creatively form a distinctive and advantageous corporate culture based on institutionalized and scientific management, tomorrow's packaging companies in China will likely become the model for outstanding peers in Europe, America and Japan.
