The internal structure of the low-temperature bath includes key components such as a compressor, condenser, evaporator, internal and external fans, a circulating water pump, a stainless steel inner tank, a heating element, and an intelligent temperature control system. The operating principle involves the refrigeration cycle: after the compressor starts, it compresses the refrigerant, which then undergoes condensation, throttling, and evaporation, absorbing heat in the process. This lowers the water temperature to the set value on the temperature control panel. If the set temperature is higher than ambient, the contactor will activate the heating element to maintain the desired level.
To use the low-temperature thermostat, ensure that the power supply is 220V AC with a minimum current rating of 10A and that a proper grounding device is in place. When adding water, make sure the water level is at least 8cm below the top cover. Always use soft water, preferably distilled water, to avoid damage to the heating element and to maintain accurate temperature control. Before starting, refer to the manual to set the desired temperature, then turn on the power and allow the system to reach the set point before activating the circulation function.
Important usage notes include:
1. Always use a liquid medium in the front tank, ensuring the liquid level is at least 30mm below the work surface to prevent damage to the heater.
2. Choose the appropriate liquid based on the working temperature:
- For temperatures between 5°C and 85°C, use water.
- For 85°C to 95°C, a 15% glycerol solution is recommended.
- For temperatures above 95°C, oil is typically used, and the flash point of the oil should be at least 50°C higher than the operating temperature.
3. Ensure the power supply is 220V, 50Hz, and has sufficient capacity with a proper grounding system.
4. Place the unit in a dry, well-ventilated area, keeping the space around it clear of obstructions.
5. Avoid opening the top cover when the bath is at high temperatures to prevent burns.
