1 Overview

2 Comparison of traditional ink production process equipment and new process equipment

The S405 three-roll mill is a traditional device for producing inks. The three rollers of the equipment operate at a ratio of 1:3:9, and the material mainly depends on the shear force generated by the roller's pressing force and the speed difference between the rollers to overcome the cohesion of the pigment to break it up and disperse it. effect. Due to the low rotational speed of this grinding device and the small batch size, the roller tension is difficult to grasp (since the tensioning handwheel is empirically tensioned and there is no pressure display device), the roller temperature is controlled by the person. The temperature control and pressure adjustment of such a device are difficult, and thus the improvement of the intrinsic quality of the product is greatly limited, and in particular the consistency and gloss of the ink needs to be more greatly improved. In summary, the traditional ink production equipment is difficult to produce products that have strong international competitiveness. In the current ink products are moving towards high-fineness, strong coloring, bright luster, and wide adaptability of high-grade development stages, inks The production process and equipment urgently need improvement.

Figure 1 is a new and improved ink production process. The color material in the tank 1, the connecting material of the tank 2, and the auxiliary materials in the tank 3 are automatically metered and sent to the high-speed dispersing machine 4 for pre-dispersion. The pre-dispersed material is compressed by the screw conveyor 5. The principle of propulsion is sent to the bead mill 6 for further grinding and dispersion. In the middle of the spiral conveyor feeding bead mill, the material level liquid surface automatic control device is adopted, which ensures the synchronization of the feed amount of the material and the suction amount of the bead mill reliably and reasonably, and has received good results. The bead mill material automatically enters the inclined three-roller 7 for grinding, then after the low-speed disperser 8 adjusts the slurry, it is poured by a gantry dumper 9 into a horizontal three-roller 10. This will also be filtered through filling and automatic metering. This processing technology effectively ensures the improvement of various ink technical indicators. This process is an effective improvement to the original production process and is a supplement and improvement to the traditional ink production process.
