Correct use and maintenance of electronic scales

The electronic scale is composed of precision sensing components and microcomputer circuits. The correct use and maintenance is the only way to maintain the accuracy of the electronic scale!

I. Preparation before use of electronic scales

a. Place the scale on a stable, flat table or floor. Do not place it on a table or stand that is unstable.

b. Avoid placing it in places where the temperature changes too much or the air flow is severe, such as direct sunlight or cold air outlet.

c. Use a separate power outlet to avoid interference from other electrical appliances.

d. Adjust the adjustment feet of the electronic scale to make the scale stable and the bubble in the level is in the center of the circle.

e. When the power is turned on, do not place the item on the weighing pan. Before using it, heat it for more than 15 minutes (high-precision electronic scale must be longer).

Second, the use of precautions

a. Do not rinse with rain or water. If it is accidentally wet, wipe it off with a dry cloth. When the machine is not functioning properly, it should be repaired as soon as possible.

b. It is strictly forbidden to hit the impact and heavy pressure.

c. Do not place in a place with high temperature and humidity (except for special waterproof and anti-corrosion scales).

d. Do not allow cockroaches or small creatures to invade the machine to avoid damage.

e. If the electronic scale is used for a long time, the machine must be wiped clean, and the desiccant should be wrapped in a plastic bag. The dry battery should be taken out; when using the rechargeable battery, it should be charged every three months to ensure the service life.

3. Periodic calibration of electronic scales

a. To maintain the accuracy of the electronic scale, it should be calibrated at least once a year.

b. The calibration method can be commissioned by the original supplier, laboratory or government certification unit of the electronic scale.

c. If it is used in the factory, it can also purchase a set of standard weights suitable for itself and qualified for regular calibration.
