Based on the above situation, if the height of the aluminum strip (which is also the thickness of the aluminum strip) is insufficient, it can be used to paste the zinc plate or the resin plate for printing. The original thickness of aluminum slats is almost the same as the height of empty aluminum. To be used as a printing plate, its thickness is obviously insufficient.

If the bottom of the aluminum plate is filled with cardboard, several layers are required to reach the height required for printing, and the printing pressure is also not solid enough to affect the printing quality. If a suitable thickness of empty lead is used, a double-sided adhesive tape is used to directly attach it to the back of the aluminum plate support, so that only a blank lead can be attached to both ends of the aluminum plate to reach the desired height for printing. Because the aluminum strips are both thick and hard, the printing pressure of the unfilled section in the middle can remain uniform.

The use of aluminum slats for plate support can not only facilitate and improve the stencil and plate effi- ciency of the small-size surface prints, but also improve the printing quality. The plates can be reused and the application effect is satisfactory.
