Jinming Plastic successfully develops three-layer co-extruded packaging film production line

The M3B-900QA three-layer co-extruded heavy-packaging film production line developed by Guangdong Jinming Plastic Equipment Co., Ltd. passed the provincial-level scientific and technological achievement technical appraisal on September 30th.

The production unit developed by Jinming adopts a number of patented technologies with its own intellectual property rights, and uses the new heavy packaging film products produced by the equipment to reduce the overall packaging cost and provide high-quality plastics for petrochemical, food, chemical, and agricultural industries. The packaging materials are widely used and have a promising market prospect.

Mr. Chen Hao of the marketing department of Jinming Company told PD China: “This improved three-layer co-extruded heavy-packaging film production line was independently developed by Jinming Company and has been successfully used in two bag-making plants. The paper bag factory mainly provides packaging for petrochemical companies' polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. The data just feedback from customers shows that the packaging speed of this equipment reaches 2000 bags/hour, and the company hopes that this production line can be applied to a wider range of packaging applications in the future. This equipment can be used to complete the process of blown film, printing, embossing, etc. on the same production line, simplifying the production process.At present, only three or four companies in China can produce this equipment. China has imported very few foreign production lines. In general, domestic post-embossing devices such as embossing and inserting are used for assembly, and Jinming's embossing and inserting process is based on the company’s patented technology and is in a leading position in the industry. Previously, domestic manufacturers’ heavy bags were mainly used. Paper bags, the production process is complicated.” He also said: “This set of equipment is designed based on the raw materials of ExxonMobil and Basel. The raw material is generally LLDPE, and special materials will be ordered and recommended according to the customer's requirements."
