Shanghai Sujing SW-CJ-1F medical purification workbench standard operating procedures

Objective: To establish a standardized operating procedure for the SW-CJ-1F medical purification workbench, ensuring aseptic conditions and maintaining the integrity of experimental results.

Scope of Application: This procedure applies to all aseptic operations conducted using the SW-CJ-1F medical purification workbench. Responsibility lies with the hygiene inspection laboratory for implementation and oversight.

Content:

I. Overview: The SW-CJ-1F medical purification workbench is a critical piece of equipment used in aseptic procedures such as microbial culture, sterility testing, and other laboratory analyses that require a controlled environment. Proper operation is essential to prevent contamination and ensure accurate outcomes.

II. Operating Procedures:

1. Before use, thoroughly inspect the workbench. Check the power supply and voltage to ensure they are stable. Clean the interior surface with 75% alcohol to maintain a sterile environment.

2. Place all required materials inside the workbench. Turn on the main power supply, then switch off the general lighting and ventilation fan. Activate the UV lamp for 30 minutes to sterilize the workspace.

3. After UV sterilization, turn off the UV lamp, then activate the internal lighting and fan. Adjust the airflow to an appropriate level and allow at least 30 minutes for ozone to dissipate before starting the experiment.

4. Wear a lab coat, mask, and cap. Disinfect hands and wrists with 75% alcohol before entering the workbench area.

5. Light the alcohol lamp and perform all manipulations within the clean bench. Avoid overcrowding the workbench. Ensure that all pipettes, test tubes, and culture bottles are pre-sterilized.

6. When opening containers, avoid direct exposure to dust by heating the lids slightly before removing them. Pass the mouth of bottles and test tubes through the flame of the alcohol lamp. Sterilize forceps by passing them through the flame before use.

7. Position the workbench horizontally and keep the bottle openings away from the airflow as much as possible to minimize contamination risks.

8. Do not reuse the same pipette or dropper across different cell lines. Keep the pipette tip approximately 0.5 cm away from the culture vessel to avoid contact with the mouth of the container and prevent cross-contamination.

9. Immediately wipe up any liquid spills on the workbench or culture vessels using an alcohol-soaked cotton ball to maintain cleanliness.

10. After completing the experiment, clean the workbench thoroughly and remove all waste materials. Turn off the ventilation and lighting systems, and ensure the power is switched off. Dispose of all trash properly before leaving the room.

III. Cleaning and Maintenance Procedures:

1. After each aseptic experiment, dispose of waste according to its type. Discarded cultures should be placed in an autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Other experimental materials should be soaked in a 5% sodium hypochlorite solution for 24 hours before rinsing and discarding.

2. Replace the HEPA filter annually. If the filter becomes clogged or shows signs of reduced efficiency, replace it earlier than scheduled to maintain optimal performance.

By following these procedures, users can ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable working environment for all aseptic experiments conducted on the SW-CJ-1F medical purification workbench.

Gas Bbq Grill

Advantages of charcoal barbecue:

Big fans of charcoal Stainless Steel Bbq Grill will never choose a gas barbeque. They do have a point: charcoal ovens can reach a ferocious 482 degrees Celsius on the surface of meat, much hotter than standard gas ovens without infrared burners. Using this heat allows the skin of steak and lamb chops to turn into our beloved pastry, while maintaining the red and pink color inside the meat.

Another major advantage of charcoal roasting is smoke, an interesting by-product of burning. Charcoal smoke contains a wide range of flavor molecules, especially when ignited. Gaseous fuels are simple molecules (CH4 is natural gas, C3H8 is liquid propane). If they were completely burned, there would be only water and carbon dioxide, no flavor. In order for a gas oven to produce smoke, wood must be added. When the fat and juice of food drips onto the burning charcoal, a great deal of smoke is produced. If there is only a brief encounter with smoke, it does not significantly alter the flavor of fast-cooking foods such as hot dogs, beef burgers, or even lean steaks. In thick cuts of steak and chicken, the flavor produced by the smoke can be clearly perceived. There is a noticeable difference in flavor if you use your corten steel bbq for a long, low smoke roast. The flavor of the smoke produced by the gas oven is very simple.
