Polyvinyl acetate makes the photosensitive adhesive firmly bonded to the screen and the resolution increases.

(II) Exposure and display

The positive film negatives produced by the photographic film are tightly attached to the screen coated with the photosensitive resin and exposed by a fluorescent lamp or a xenon lamp. The distance between the lamps is 50 cm to 60 cm, and the exposure time is 6 to 8 minutes.

Expose the exposed screen plate with warm or cold water for about 1 to 2 minutes or with a shower head. The pressure of the water stream should not be too strong so as not to damage the emulsion. After the image is completely presented, immediately rinse it with fresh water and bake it. dry.
