Most of the commonly used inks on the market today are inks made in Japan or in France. Due to the high price and the delivery time, many bottle manufacturers in the country are in trouble. This product is UV-curable high gloss ink and can be printed on PC, PVC, processed PP, PE bottles, sheets, and other products through the screen printing process. Such as shampoo bottles, shower gel bottles, paint buckets, cups, boxes and other goods. After UV curing, it has clear and sharp printing effect and excellent chemical and physical resistance.

The water resistance is soaked in tap water (normal temperature) for 7 days. No abnormality

Washability soaked in 3 neutral detergent solution 24 hours. No abnormality

Grease resistance is soaked in salad oil (room temperature) for 8 hours. No abnormality

Salt water-resistant cotton balls impregnated with saline, 300 g pressure wipe 50 times. No abnormality

Boiling resistance is soaked in boiling water for 1 hour. No abnormality

Superposition 032-Zhonglan Overprinted on 041-Special White. Excellent adhesion

Fourth, operation suggestions:

1. Ambient temperature control: UV-PVC inks have great influence on the change of the viscosity caused by the ambient temperature. If the temperature is too low, the viscosity of the ink will become very large, causing the ink to penetrate the screen. Poor, and there may be problems with air bubbles or poor leveling. Therefore, the printing shop should try to keep the room temperature constant, generally 20-28 degrees, to ensure the consistency of the printing quality.

2, screen: generally 350-420 mesh / inch is appropriate, should be used S-class screen, the thickness of the photosensitive adhesive to 10u below is appropriate.

3. Scraper: Use a polyurethane scraper with a hardness of 75-80 degrees. The blade is sharp.

4, viscosity adjustment: Before use should be fully stirred evenly, according to the printing requirements, if you need to reduce the viscosity, you can add less than 8 to the UV-156 diluted Varnish, after mixing and use.

5. During printing, care should be taken to avoid direct exposure to ultraviolet light and sunlight in order to avoid accidental curing of the ink. Yellow light is safe light.

6, PP and PE materials should be flame treated before printing. Increase the surface tension of the material to 38 dyne/cm or more. If not handled properly, it will affect the ink adhesion.

7. When printing multi-layer superimposed colors, we should pay attention to weakening the intensity of the pre-colored UV light to avoid the phenomenon of poor post-color superposition due to over-curing of the preceding color.
