Negative effects 1. Uneven supply of water, ink imbalance, printing products with dirty, coupled with the shorter type of ink path, ink ink saturation is not enough, prone to "gray, flat, light" phenomenon.

Therefore, the machine speed cannot reach the set operating speed, resulting in the waste of equipment potential. After careful inspection and analysis, we determined that 008F21853. 008F21 7530, 008G282230 has worn out, and the support hole with 008G282230 is out of round, and 092G771840 elasticity has failed.
3. Since the checking and disassembling process of the plate support water roller bracket combination of the operation surface and the transmission surface is complex and there are many parts to be disassembled and assembled, it is necessary to be fully prepared for the technical difficulty in the maintenance process.
Maintenance process 1. Refining the positioning holes that have become obsolete with a fixed wall plate. Since this hole is a blind hole, it can be repaired with a straight reamer. The specific dimensions may depend on the wear conditions.
2. The out-of-round positioning support shaft 008G282230 is surface-treated to restore its original function.
3. Replace worn parts (008F 21, 53, 008F21, 7530, 091F1, 54140, 092G771840).
