Printing resistance of printing plates is generally measured by the number of printing plates. The factors that affect the printing plate's resistance to printing can be summarized in the following aspects.

1. Raw materials

The impact of raw materials on the printing plate's resistance to printing is many-faceted, with the following main points:
(1) The PS plate layout uneven, the exposure is not enough, the transparency is not enough; (2) paper off the powder, hair loss serious; (3) ink pigment particles coarse or mixed with ink, and wear sand, reducing the Indian The print is resistant to print.

2. Printing

(1) When printing, make sure that the printing plate glass is clean and free of dirt. Wipe with a soft fiber material to avoid scratching the glass surface. (2) When pumping the gas, it must be pumped clean to avoid incomplete exposure. 3. Printing

When the printing press is working, the printing plate and the blanket cylinder, the ink roller and the water roller press each other, and the acidic dampening solution on the water roller corrodes the printing plate, resulting in a reduction of the printing plate's resistance to printing forces. Therefore, the machine components should be adjusted from the following aspects to maintain the machine accuracy.

(1) The pressure between the printing plate and the blanket cylinder is too great, the oxide plate of the printing plate will be damaged to make the dots lighter, and the printing resistance is reduced. Therefore, the minimum pressure should be used as much as possible to reduce the wear on the plate surface; (2) Adjustment When the machine is used, each drum should be properly lining to keep the speed of the printing plate roller equal to the ink roller and the water roller to reduce the speed difference wear; (3) When adjusting the ink roller and water roller pressure, both ends of the roller body should be straight to avoid Uneven pressure or too much damage to the surface of the plate; (4) Control the concentration of the fountain solution to stabilize the pH in the range of 4.5 to 5.5; (5) When the plate and blanket are installed, pay attention to the surface and back of the plate. There are debris and hard objects to avoid bruising the printing plate; (6) To avoid artificial damage to the plate, such as revision, downtime is not long and there is no sealant.
