Rapidly moldable thermoplastic polyurethane

Elastollan B, a new series of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) products from Germany's BASF, has recently been introduced to the market and has been industrialized in Europe and Asia.

The chemical structure of Elastollan B series resin is different from that of the old brand. The injection molding time is 20% to 40% faster than the general TPU (depending on the thickness of the product), and there is no need to change the mold. At the same time, the resin also has high wear resistance, softness and toughness.

Elastollan B series resins are typically used for sports and leisure equipment such as ski goggles, golf splints and more.
