Spain invents automatic food tank seam machine

Spain's Sommetrade has invented Rocia, a new fully-automated seam sewing machine. With it, food manufacturers will no longer have to worry about joining large-size container cans. The company pointed out that the design of this machine is highly reliable and has great potential for use. It will be displayed at the 2005 Metpack exhibition in Germany next month. It will be fixed with the processing equipment and will be a joint of 8 kg rectangular olive cans. .

New seaming machines can also be used on container feeding devices by means of elastic belts and side body forming systems to ensure that the container cans are pushed towards the seam turret and that the container cans are gathered and transported simultaneously by the rotating device. The terminal feed system is filled with air and has 3 separate blades to ensure easy operation. Sommetrade can guarantee to install seam pulleys according to different sizes. This technique has 4 track seam cams with 5 sets of rotating devices per seam cycle. According to the specification of the tank and the head space, at least 60 cans per minute can be achieved.
