The loosening of the packings or the removal of the packings shall be carried out in different test conditions. Then, the inner tube is mounted on the center of the outer tube, and the outer tube is fixedly connected with the rotating body. Then reverse the inner tube packing glands, end caps, etc. in the order in which they were originally opened.
