Solution:
1 Adjust the pressure between the metal anilox roller, plate, and impression roller to minimize the contact pressure.
2 Adjust the layout height (pad), including layout grinding and back-tapping tape. For example, when field and fine strokes are combined together, the field part should be slightly higher. 3 Adjust ink according to graphic conditions. For example, when there are many fields, you should use harder ink and increase printing pressure.
2, ink film is too thick, excessive ink overflow graphics, line rough ratio.
Cause: The viscosity of the ink is too high, the printing pressure is insufficient; the ink is too thin to give too much ink, and the anilox roller cable is too thick.
Solution: Reduce the viscosity of the ink, increase the printing pressure, thicken the ink, and reduce the amount of ink; use an anilox roller with a finer mesh.
3, ink film is too thin
Causes: The viscosity of the ink is too low, the anilox roller is too thin, the anilox roller and the ink roller are worn out, the ink is stirred unevenly before use, and the printing pressure is too small.
Solution: Add the original ink to increase the viscosity, use a coarse mesh anilox roller, replace the anilox roller, ink roller, stir the ink evenly, and increase the printing pressure.
4, paste version, blocking version of the reasons: the printing plate is too shallow, the printing pressure is too large, too much ink; ink viscosity is too high, the ink pigment particles are too thick; anilox roller mesh plugging.
Solution: Replace or deepen the plate; adjust the printing pressure; reduce the ink supply; reduce the viscosity of the ink, replace the ink; clean the anilox roller.
5, print products are not clear, some halo and feather-like, edge burr.
Cause: The ink is drying too fast; the pressure between the anilox roller and the printing plate is too large or uneven; the ink is too viscous to cause fluffing on the plate and the printing plate wears; the printing speed is too slow, and the pigment component in the ink is too much or not well dispersed.
Solution: Slow drying agent to reduce the printing ink drying speed; adjust the printing pressure; reduce the viscosity of the ink and clean the printing plate, check the wear of the printing plate; improve the printing speed, add the solvent in the ink and stir evenly.
6, printing plate wear causes: printing pressure is too large, contact is too strong; bad quality of the printing plate; improper use of ink, corrosion printing plate; ink particles are too thick, can not guarantee the printing quality.
Solution: Reduce printing pressure, make reasonable contact, fully pad or replace new plates, change ink, and replace fine ink.
7. Prints show many round holes like boring holes. Reasons: Improper adjustment of press pressure, slight corrosion of printing plates, uneven surface of substrates, granular bulges, dry ink on anilox roller, wear of anilox roller, transmission Poor ink, ink is too thin, low viscosity, printing ink layer is too thin; mechanical impurities adhere to the layout, the ink wettability is poor, the ink viscosity is too low or too slow drying, the ambient temperature is too low, too much humidity.
Solution: increase the printing pressure; improve the quality of the printing plate, change the anilox roller, thicken the ink, increase the viscosity, adjust the thickness of the ink layer; remove the impurities on the layout, add additives to improve the ink wettability, increase the ink viscosity and dryness, Increase room temperature and reduce humidity.
8. There are cloud-like illusions on the printed matter: Poor ink uniformity, low ink volume, poor ink flow, and unclean anilox rollers.
Solution: Replace the ink roller and anilox roller to make them different in diameter and increase the ink volume. Improve ink flow and clean the anilox roller.
9, printing ink in the transfer, the transfer process of the ink transfer difficulties and uneven ink and so on.
Reasons: Insufficient or uneven printing pressure, poor plate hardness, or uneven printing plate; wear and aging of the ink roller, anilox roller, uneven surface of corrugated cardboard.
Solution: adjust the printing pressure, check the plate hardness, adjust the printing plate, replace the ink roller, anilox roller, replace the corrugated cardboard.
10. Inaccurate position of front and back overprint when chromatographic printing is caused. Cause: The position of the printing plate on the plate cylinder is incorrect, and the corrugated cardboard is thin and thick. The accuracy of the printing press is not enough.
Solution: Re-adjust the position of the plate, or replace the corrugated board, or adjust the accuracy of the printing machine. 11. The dirty side of the cardboard on the dirty printed surface of the cardboard.
Cause: The ink layer is too thick, the ink drying speed is slow; the stacking is too much; the printing pressure is too high, the speed is too fast, and the ink viscosity is too large.
Solution: Use quick-drying ink to speed up the drying speed; cardboard to reduce the accumulation; appropriate to reduce the printing pressure; reduce the printing speed; properly increase the pressure between the anilox roller and ink fountain roller (see Figure 2-1; slightly); extend the ink Drying time, add water to reduce the viscosity of the ink.

13, the ink is too shallow
